Summary
While working at CXUnicorn in Dubai, I contributed to the development of a Microsoft Teams add-on application for both desktop and mobile, designed specifically for the admin staff at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The application streamlined tasks like transportation tracking, inventory, and resource management, while introducing a gamified, social-style interface that included feeds, leaderboards, and more to boost engagement.
Objectives
Build a seamless and accessible logistics management tool for World Cup admin staff.
Integrate with Microsoft Teams to align with the tools already in use.
Gamify the admin experience to increase motivation and engagement under high-pressure conditions.
